ZOVNIXA is built to monitor road conditions and network performance, not to track personal identity. This page explains the limited kinds of data used to operate the service, protect the platform, and understand how it is being used.
We collect traffic, route, weather, and system information needed to show live road conditions and keep the platform running. This includes travel times, weather updates, and basic system health signals.
We may also collect standard website and security information such as request times, IP addresses, browser details, and access logs when people use the dashboard or protected parts of the service.
We use this information to display live dashboards, measure road performance, manage service limits, and investigate problems when updates do not behave as expected.
We do not use this platform to build profiles about individual travelers. The service is designed to support traffic operations, planning, and public-facing road insights at a corridor level.
We keep data only as long as it is reasonably needed for analytics, troubleshooting, and platform support. Different types of records may be kept for different lengths of time.
