These terms explain how people may use ZOVNIXA dashboards, APIs, and supporting automation. The platform is meant to inform planning and road monitoring, but users remain responsible for the decisions they make from the information shown.
You may use the service to review corridor conditions, route differences, weather context, and service status for planning, monitoring, and reporting.
You may not use the platform in ways that disrupt the service, bypass access controls, or collect protected data without permission.
Traffic and weather information is provided on a best-effort basis and may be delayed by outside data providers, scheduled update timing, or service incidents. A successful background job does not always mean every dashboard view is fully up to date.
If you are making an important decision, you should confirm the latest available data and consider local conditions that may not yet appear in the system.
We may update route coverage, scheduling behavior, safeguards, or dashboard presentation as the service evolves. These updates may change the number of routes, update timing, or the way information is shown.
By continuing to use the platform after changes are deployed, you accept the updated service behavior.
The dashboard should support decisions, but it should not be treated as the only source of truth when road closures, incidents, or delayed outside data may still be in play.
If update timing matters, use the latest visible update time on the platform and consider whether road conditions may have changed since then.
